If you’re looking for the fastest way to complete your eFax® cancel request, this guide walks you through each step.

Important: Once your account is closed, you’ll no longer have access to your documents. Before you initiate an eFax® cancel request, sSave any important faxes before you cancel your account.

  1. If you have multiple fax numbers, an outstanding balance or an annual plan, contact us by: chat, email, or call 1-323-817-3207 for help with your cancellation request.
  2. If you have an eFax Corporate account, call 1-888-226-3466.
