On November 5, 2025, we officially unveiled refreshed brand identities and a unified product portfolio, better reflecting our comprehensive capabilities and our commitment to driving future value for our customers.
In the nearly 30 years since the company was founded we’ve come a long way, from our origins as an alternative to traditional paper fax machines to our status as one of the global leaders in digital cloud fax. We transformed eFax from an online fax service into a robust, fully cloud-based platform transmitting billions of faxes and having served millions of customers.
We’ve grown to be a leader not just in cloud fax, but also in interoperability and digital transformation solutions, redefining how businesses of all sizes communicate and manage secure data exchange.
Our commitment to growth and innovation accelerated when Consensus Cloud Solutions spun off the eFax business from Ziff Davis, Inc. in October 2021. We’re moving “fax” far beyond its traditional definition and pioneering a future where fax is no longer a final delivery method, but the starting point for digital transformation, seamlessly integrating with modern protocols to unlock data’s full potential.
