Meredith Muir is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience optimizing business operations and customer delivery within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Solutions Services, she leads a multidisciplinary team of Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Technical Solutions Directors to drive sales success through expert product demonstrations and the development of scalable, repeatable solutions. Her leadership bridges the gap between Sales, Product, and post-sale departments—including Onboarding, Professional Services, and Customer Support—to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey.

Previously, Meredith held senior leadership roles at Consensus Cloud Solutions, where she assisted in spearheading the strategic transformation of the company’s record-keeping landscape. By migrating legacy platforms into a modern, unified architecture, she established a foundation for organizational transparency and operational efficiency. She possesses deep expertise in identifying specialized solutions for the healthcare industry and automating complex workflows using industry best practices to ensure business processes are both efficient and effective. A University of Georgia alumna, Meredith specializes in leveraging diverse integration protocols and healthcare interoperability standards to create high-performance, data-driven working environments.
