How Do I Download eFax Messenger?

Downloading our eFax Messenger^® software is fast and easy. Free with your eFax Plus^® or eFax Pro^™ account, eFax Messenger allows you to view, sign, create and save your faxes from any computer.

Quick Tip: If you haven't already, sign up for an eFax Plus or eFax Pro account. Signing up is fast & easy and is required for use of eFax Messenger. Get started today.

Installing eFax Messenger on Windows & OSX

1.  If you haven't already, sign up for an eFax Plus or eFax Pro account.
2.  Choose the version of eFax Messenger that is appropriate for your operating system.
3.  Click the download link.
4.  Save the file to your computer.
5.  Double click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install eFax Messenger.
6.  To start the program, click the eFax Messenger icon in your Programs folder (Windows OS) or your Applications folder (Mac OS)*. *Note: Messenger may not be compatible with all operating systems. The Windows OS platform is recommended.
