Terry LaPointe

Terry brings over 30 years of direct IT healthcare experience to eFax®. She presently oversees the Consensus Services Organization,and the end-to-end customer experience. Terry’s focus is to provide an exceptional implementation & customer support experience for eFax’s growing customer base.

Terry is known for her hands-on management style and is committed, along with her teams, to consistently exceed customer expectations at every interaction, building loyalty through exceptional service. Terry leads a talented, global team of individuals who help design tailored solutions for various industries including healthcare, finance, legal, and government that streamlines and extends the capabilities of fax workflows. She fosters team work, collaboration and long-term customer relationships built on trust.

Her past experience includes 15 years at Summit Healthcare where she held various executive-level roles, six years at Valco Data Systems, where she served as the Senior Product/Quote Manager with a significant role dedicated to Solutions Consulting. Terry spent over 9 years at Columbia/HCA in various IT supervisory and management roles, with 3 of those years focused on IT management in Corporate Client Services.
