How Do I Add a Fax Number to My eFax Account?


You can quickly and cost-effectively add more fax numbers to your eFax Plus® or eFax Pro account anytime. For each fax number you add, you have a choice of local area codes or toll free numbers.

Add a Fax Number to Your eFax Account

To add a new local or toll free fax number to your eFax account:

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Click the Preferences tab.
  4. Beside the Current Plan section, click the Add a Number option.
  5. Search for and select the area code for your new eFax number. Then click Continue.
  6. Click Add a Number.

If you have an existing fax number and would like to continue using it with the eFax Plus® or eFax Pro service, you may port an existing number to either account.
