Change Your Billing Information

With eFax, you can easily add, edit, change, or remove your payment method at anytime.

To update your billing information:

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. In the Default Credit Card section, click Edit.
  5. Edit your billing information and click Update.

Add Alternate Credit Cards

eFax allows you to add additional credit cards to ensure continued service in case your primary card expires, or is lost or stolen.

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. In the Alternate Credit Card section, click Add.
  5. Enter your billing information and click Update.

View Your Billing Statements

Conveniently view all your billing statements online with eFax.

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. In the Billing Statements section, click View.
  5. All your billing statements will appear.

Change Your Usage Balance Settings

To better suit your faxing needs, you can edit the reorder amount for usage charges right in your account.

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. To edit the reorder amount, in the Usage Balance section, click Edit.
  5. In the Select a New Reorder Amount list, select a dollar value (the minimum is $10.00). NOTE: If you regularly send or receive a substantial amount of faxes, you may wish to set a higher Reorder Amount. This will help reduce the number of separate reorder charges on your monthly credit card statement.
  6. Click Update.

What is a Usage Balance?

To ensure continued service for high-volume users, eFax maintains a pre-paid Usage Balance in your account to cover additional fax page usage that exceeds what’s included in your plan. 

  • This balance will be automatically replenished when it drops below $2.00.

  • Additional fax pages are billed in 100-page increments unless you change the reorder amount.

  • One fax page is considered a page that takes 60 seconds or less to send or receive.

  • Any unused pre-paid Usage Balance will remain in your account until it is depleted for up to six months.

Upgrade Your Plan

You can easily upgrade your current plan to get additional fax pages per month.

  1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Click the Preferences tab.
  4. Beside the Current Plan section, click Upgrade Plan.
  5. Select an upgrade option, and click Yes. Switch me to the above plan now!
