Pricing Plans

eFax offers multiple pricing plans to give you options for sending and receiving faxes online. Find out more about eFax Plus and eFax Pro accounts.


Upgrade Your Plan

You can easily upgrade your current plan to get additional fax pages per month.

  • 1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  • 2. Click Update Account.
  • 3. Click the Preferences tab.
  • 4. Beside the Current Plan section, click Upgrade Plan.
  • 5. Select an upgrade option, and click Yes. Switch me to the above plan now!

Adding Alternate Credit Cards

eFax allows you to add additional credit cards to ensure continued service in case your primary card expires, or is lost or stolen.

  • 1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  • 2. Click Update Account.
  • 3. Click the Billing tab.
  • 4. In the Alternate Credit Card section, click Add.
  • 5. Enter your billing information and click Update.

Changing Your Billing Information

With eFax, you can easily add, edit, change, or remove your payment method at anytime.

To update your billing information:

  • 1. Log in to eFax MyAccount.
  • 2. Click Update Account.
  • 3. Click the Billing tab.
  • 4. In the Default Credit Card section, click Edit.
  • 5. Edit your billing information and click Update.

Canceling My Account

U.S. and Canada

We are sorry to see you go! If you'd like to cancel, you can do so by calling us anytime at (866) 761-8115. You can also cancel by chatting with an online representative 6am-6pm PT, Monday-Friday.

International

To cancel your eFax account, please call the international eFax Customer Service number specific to your country. Click here for a list of international numbers.


  • Helpful Tips:
  • 1. Before you cancel your account, be sure to save any fax documents you want to keep. Once your account is closed you will no longer be able to access important documents.
  • 2. Cancellation requests are handled by phone or chat for your protection. Please be prepared to provide your eFax number for account verification.
  • 3. You will receive an email from Customer Service confirming your account has been closed.
