How to Cancel Your eFax Account

We’re sorry to see you go! Before you cancel, consider changing to a plan more suitable for your current needs.

Follow these simple steps to cancel your eFax account conveniently online*

1. Log Into Your Account

2. Go to Billing

3. Select cancellation option

4. You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation

5. Once your account is closed, you’ll no longer have access to your documents. Save any important faxes before you cancel your account.

*Note:

  1. If you have multiple fax numbers, an outstanding balance or an annual plan, contact us by: chat, email, or call 1-323-817-3207 for help with your cancellation request.
  2. If you have an eFax Corporate account, call 1-888-226-3466.
  3. If you purchased eFax through iTunes, you’ll need to cancel online with Apple. Click here for details.

Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your fax documents. Be sure to save any important documents you want to keep before you cancel your account.

Your account will be closed at the end of your current billing cycle. You may continue to use eFax and access your faxes until then. (NOTE: If you are canceling during a free trial period, your account will be closed immediately.)

You will receive an email with a cancel confirmation number from Customer Service that confirms your account has been closed.
