New Administrator and User Portals
eFax Corporate offers separate portals for Admins and Users, for more efficient handling of fax and administrative tasks. Organize users into groups/sub-groups, create additional admins assigned to specific groups, manage fax numbers and more.
Online Storage
Your current storage will be migrated over to the new platform. Please note it may take up to 48 hours after the upgrade for historical faxes to be available online.
Index and Search
Your stored faxes are indexed and you can search by keywords, or even tag faxes with your own.
What other changes do I need to know about?
Once your upgrade to eFax Corporate is complete you will use the eFax Corporate web portals designed exclusively for Administrators and Users.
Uploaded documents: Please download all uploaded documents from your current account now, before the upgrade. You can re-upload those documents into your account after the upgrade is complete.
Cover pages: Please download all cover pages and/or custom cover pages from your current account now, before the upgrade. You can include these cover pages as the first attachment on your outgoing faxes in the future.
Fax scheduling: The ability to schedule a fax to be sent at a future date and time will no longer be available.
Sending Faxes by Email / SPF enablement: SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records must be enabled to help reduce phishing attacks, email spam, and connection failures. Please be sure the email address you use to fax by email is SPF enabled, or any faxes you send by email will fail. To check your SPF email domain, refer to any of the free SPF record checkers available on the Internet. We recommend spf-record.com. If still unsure, please contact your email provider or administrator.
Shared email accounts: Each fax number can be shared with up to 8 email addresses for sending & receiving faxes. If you need to modify users for sending faxes, please ask us about setting up Domain Send on your account.
Fax Activity Details: If you have multiple fax numbers select each fax number individually (at top right of screen) for activity details.
Additional fax numbers: If you need to add extra fax numbers to your account, please contact us at [email protected].
Invoices: Be sure to save your previous invoices now. Once your upgrade is complete, new invoices will be available online. If you need previous invoices, please contact us at [email protected].
Password PDF will no longer be supported.
