How Do I Import My Contacts into eFax Messenger?

eFax Messenger® offers you the ability to import your contacts from a file stored on your computer or from an email program such as Microsoft Outlook.

Import Your Contacts to Your eFax Messenger Address Book on Windows OS

  1. Open eFax Messenger.
  2. Click Tools, then Address Book.
  3. Click Options.
  4. In the Import menu:
    • Select File to import your contacts from a file on your computer, browse for the file and click Open.
    • Select Outlook to import your contacts from Microsoft Outlook, click Yes at the confirmation message, then click OK to finish.
  5. Click OK.

Import Your Contacts to Your eFax Messenger Address Book on Mac*

  1. Open the Compose Fax window and click the Address Book icon.
  2. Click Options.
  3. In the Import menu:
    • Select File to import your contacts from a file on your computer, browse for the file and click Open.
    • Select Outlook to import your contacts from Microsoft Outlook, click Yes at the confirmation message, then click OK to finish.
  4. Click OK.

Note: Contacts added to your eFax Contacts list from within Message Center can only be accessed when logged in to MyAccount online.

*eFax Messenger may not be compatible with all operating systems. The Windows OS platform is recommended.
