You can sign a fax by swiping your signature across the phone screen, or you can take a photo of your signature with the Android’s camera. Once your signature is saved, you can use any time you need.

Sign a Fax with Your Finger on Your Android

eFax® lets you to sign a document by writing your signature with your finger on your Android’s screen, which makes it easy to conduct business on the go.
  1. Log into your eFax account.
  2. Select the fax you would like to sign.
  3. Select the Pencil icon.
  4. Tap Add Signature.
  5. Tap the (+) sign.
  6. Select Use Finger.
  7. Trace your signature on the screen of your phone with your finger. Tap the Save icon in the upper right corner.
  8. Name your signature.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Your new signature will now be listed. Choose the signature you would like to use.
  11. Move and resize the signature, than tap the Checkmark to save your signed fax.

Capture Your Signature with Your Android

Take a photo of your signature with your phone’s camera, save it and place your saved signature on your fax any time you need to sign faxes.
  1. Log into your eFax account.
  2. Select the fax you would like to sign.
  3. Tap the (+) sign.
  4. Tap Add Signature.
  5. Tap the (+) sign.
  6. Select Use Camera.
  7. Position your signature in the rectangle and tap the Capture button to take a picture.
  8. Use the Adjust Contrast Slider to modify your signature.
  9. Tap the Save icon in the upper right corner.
  10. Name your signature.
  11. Select Save.
  12. Your new signature will now be listed. Choose the signature you would like to use.
  13. Move and resize the signature, than tap the Checkmark to save your newly signed fax.
