New FOIA Submission Guidelines Announced

Monday, March 06, 2017 by eFax Team

In today’s internet and social media controlled world, information is king. Until last week, pulling back the curtain on government documents was as easy as filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the FBI —by email.

So, if you’re looking to request documents in the public record, and you don’t have access to a fax machine, use eFax – an online faxing service that is as simple as email – but more compliant with the new FBI standards.

Find out more about the FBI’s decision to no longer accept FOIA requests by email.
